At Community Integrated Living (CIL, Inc.), we prioritize respect and compassion while providing high quality services to individuals with disabilities. Our programs and services are tailored to each individual so that they may become as independent as possible while enhancing their lives along the way.
OUR HISTORY
CIL, Inc. proudly follows in the footsteps of those who have provided quality services to intellectually disabled individuals in Illinois for over 80 years. As a licensed CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) provider in Anna, Illinois, our group homes accommodate from one to eight individuals with a range of developmental challenges. We originated with seven CILA homes and have grown to 10 homes.
COMMUNITY INTEGRATION
We take “Community Integration” to heart as our primary goal at CIL, Inc. To us, it extends far beyond just a nice home in a nice area. Community Integration involves shopping, banking, social events, dining out, church attendance and holding jobs in the community. We want members of the CIL, Inc. family to take pride in contributing to their neighborhood.
OUR TEAM
The CIL, Inc. team is comprised of carefully selected licensed and certified professionals, including a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) and a dedicated administrative staff. We diligently assist residents to procure Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, as well as an array of other therapeutic resources. Every team member contributes a critical element to ensure each individual receives the highest level of care.
OUR SERVICES
Each of CIL, Inc.’s 10 group homes is staffed 24/7 with State of Illinois certified Direct Support Personnel. Our House Managers are assigned to a home to oversee the daily operations. We work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and implement individualized programs for high level behavioral needs. And, we have a full time Registered Nurse on call 24/7. Our full-time maintenance staff ensures that quality and safety issues are handled quickly.
Our CILA homes are equipped to handle various challenges whether they be physical, medical, or behavioral. Four of the seven homes are handicap accessible while providing comfortable home environments. Private rooms are available in all CIL, Inc. homes allowing them to be personalized to each individual’s specific tastes and needs.
